Start:
The race starts at 12:00 close to the George Fisher's outdoor shop, approximately 1000m from registration. It will be flagged to get you there. Be careful when crossing a busy junction to get there.
The Course:
Roads will be OPEN, and as per UKA road race rules, you are required to run WITH the traffic. There will be signs and marshals to reduce\warn other road users. The first 4 miles are along the Borrowdale road which can be quite busy, so please be aware of other road users.
Finish:
You MUST stay in order at the finish so your number can be taken. The route to the finish is tree covered, so can be a little slippery - be careful!!!
Prizes:
Prizes will be given at the finish.
